In order to expand more business, the company has participated in several exhibitions every year. Originally scheduled for 16th May~18th May, due to we need to visit customers nearby Kunshan before the exhibition, we took with all kinds of exhibit samples and brochures, our set off from Shenzhen Airport on 13th May.

We visited two customers before the exhibition, all of whom are deep drawing stamping customer. The first company to visit was mainly Japanese-owned companies. they mainly producing parts for car seat belts, airbags and car steering gear. The customer has about 60 employees, and it is a standard Japanese management mode through on-site 6S management. Customers mainly purchase stamping and internal processing of molds, and we will provide customers with complete mold solutions in deep drawing stamping.

The location of the customer’s workshop is a little remote. The factory is built by the customer to buy the land. The factory next to the workshop is still under construction. After the completion of the construction, other equipment will be put into operation to expand production. We met with the general manager, and then introduced the company to the customer. We knew that the customer there is problem about the deep drawing product. After checking our deep drawing samples, we had experience that we done similar parts, and the customer immediately submitted the drawings to us for quotation.

Another customer the main business is aluminum electrolytic capacitors with aluminum housing. The annual production of a full range of aluminum electrolytic capacitors is about 800 million, and its production and sales rank among the top in the domestic counterparts. The customer told us that production automation has become an industry development trend due to rising labor costs and personnel management issues in recent years. The current production lines for electrolytic vessels are all automated, and one can see multiple machines at the same time. At present, the demand for aluminum tensile parts is very large. How to reduce the cost on the basis of ensuring the quality of products has become a difficult problem for customers. The visit was mainly to review the technical review of several deep-drawn aluminum products in the previous quotation, and to understand the principle of customer product assembly and processing, and to provide customers with a cost-saving stamping product processing solution based on customer needs. As the two sides reviewed for a long time, it was nightfall, and finally the customer insisted on driving us back to the hotel.

 In Jiangsu, because of the early development of auto parts industries, there are much more Japanese companies have invested here . There are many companies that do ordinary bending and stamping products, but there are not many companies that can do high-precision deep drawing products. This is our quality advantage is more recognized by our customers. Therefore, we will continue to expand business about automotive industry in East China.
